  • 17,500 SF multi-tenant building

  • Up to 12 separate retail tenants in spaces approximately 20’ and 25’ x 70’

  • Two end-cap units with drive through lanes and windows

  • Roughly 350’ of frontage to busy 1604

  • To be ready May 2023

 

Punta Verde Plaza’s initial project will consist of a 17,500 SF multitenant building, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 12 separate retail tenants. Individual spaces/offices have approximate dimensions of 20’ and 25’ x 70’ with flexible internal walls to accommodate larger tenants if needed. The two end cap units are equipped with drive through lanes and windows to accommodate grab and go customers. And for those non grab-and-go customers, a total of 117 parking spaces (1 per 150 SF) have been provided around the building.  

The first phase will have approximately 350’ of frontage along Loop 1604 and will have a curb cut on both 1604 and Green Road. Sewer, water, gas, fiber, electricity, and stormwater detention will be available for Phase 1, see Utilities page for further detail. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May of 2023, see Development Project page for further details. 

In addition to the multitenant building, Phase 1 will also consist of a pair of professional office buildings situated towards the Green Road frontage and a regional detention pond that will accommodate the entire 23-acre development.
