Punta Verde Plaza is part of a 93-acre master plan development. The additional 70-acres have been dedicated a 422-lot residential community. The master plan for the development has fully approved City of San Antonio, TxDOT and Bexar County.

Both residential and commercial phases have been designed to coexist and to facilitate future development.
