Phase II & III.

The second and third phases of Punta Verde Plaza are intended to provide more retail opportunities for restaurants and businesses who wish to be visible along the busy Loop 1604 loop. Phase 2 is approximately 2.93 acres and Phase 3 is approximately 4.00 acres. Both phases have been master planned to be subdivided into commercial pad sites of flexible widths with approximately 250’ of depth. Access to each pad site will either be reached through the existing Phase 1 curb cut or 2 additional curb cuts along Loop 1604, whose locations have already been approved by TxDOT. 

As shown by the Utilities page, these phases will have sewer, water, gas, fiber, electricity, and stormwater detention readily available at their doorstep.
